Last year, the Church has faced TREMENDOUS TRIALS due to MALICIOUS RUMORS THAT WERE SPREAD AGAINST HER...

Even our own country was battered by political turmoil and natural calamities.

But the beauty of the FILIPINO SPIRIT, UNITED IN CHRIST OUR BLESSED LORD, is OVERFLOWING with LIVING HOPE!

In this LIVING, VIVID HOPE, WE ARE ABLE TO RISE UP FROM THE ASHES OF THESE OPPOSITIONS AND BE CHANGED FROM GLORY TO GLORY TO BE LIVING LETTERS, PHRASES, CHAPTERS AND VERSES OF THE GOSPEL OF OUR BLESSED LORD’S SALVATION-ROMANS 8:24-25, HEBREWS 11:1 and II CORINTHIANS 3:1-18.

These PERSECUTIONS, these INTRIGUES, these OPPOSITIONS are faced by the BLESSED HOPE OF JESUS CHRIST!

And in the midst of all these, we were BLESSED WITH A NEW SAINT/HERO OF THE FAITH AND A CARDINAL, A FILIPINO PRINCE OF HOLY MOTHER CHURCH!-ROMANS 8:31-39, II CORINTHIANS 4:7-12 and HEBREWS 12:1-29.

May we always have THIS CHRISTOCENTRIC HOPE that will lead us to the FULLNESS AND SPLENDOR OF LIFE!
